9. Travel Time

Actual journey time may vary because of:

We do not guarantee an exact arrival time at the destination.

10. Vehicle Category

The vehicle provided will normally correspond to the category confirmed during booking.

In exceptional circumstances, vehicle availability or operational requirements may require a suitable alternative vehicle.

Where a significant change affects the booking, the customer will be informed where reasonably possible.

11. Passenger and Luggage

Customers must ensure that the number of passengers and amount of luggage are suitable for the selected vehicle.

The vehicle should not be overloaded beyond its legally permitted passenger or luggage capacity.

The company or driver may refuse unsafe overloading.

12. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.

Customers must not:
